I bought this watch with my first salary 7 years ago when I was 15 years old.
The battery died after 5 years. 5 years! I never had any problems with this watch. Not only that, i hit the glass at least 10-20 times on doors, tables and etc. straight in the glass so many times and it didn’t break. Although, in minus degrees it gets a little cloudy, but that’s after 10-20 powerful hits and 7 years.
This watch went through water, salty water, dust, sand, snow, hits, cold, hot and on top of that I take it off every day 1-2 times and still the mechanism works as it worked 7 years ago – great!
I don’t remember why I bought this watch, it wasn’t reading a review, I think I just liked how it looked. Obviously now it has sentimental value for me, however it is a fact that it is still on my hand and is working like I bought it yesterday.
A person told me “nice watch” and I decided to check is it still on the market and how much it is. I paid £80 and this is so far the best investment of my life.
I had to write this review. This is a not just a watch! 5 star rating is not enough to describe it’s quality. When, or I should say, “if” it breaks one day, I would definitely buy Fossil watch again.

This watch weighs a million tons. (Approximately)
Also, the strap clip is very flimsy, and keeps coming undone on its own when I flex my wrist. Fortunately, the loss of that much weight attracts my attention so I’ve not lost it yet.
The display is nice enough, but the black hands with white tips get lost against the black face with silver/white chrono dials.
I’d probably have returned this if I hadn’t already adjusted the strap to length, but for the price I’m prepared to put up with it.

My 18 year old son absolutely loved this watch. It was a generous size and we had to get 3 links removed for it to fit him comfortably. So For a larger wrist it would also be a good size.
